*Terms and Conditions ~ All inquiries are subject to availability. ~ Cookies CANNOT be resold ~ You pay, I bake. A non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required upon confirmation of order. The remaining balance owed is due upon pick up. ~ All orders must be picked up. Delivery and shipping are not available at this time. ~ After the cookies leave my possession, I am no longer responsible for them. ~ Cancelations, theme, amount, and order changes are up to MY discretion. ~ If theme/order change of any kind is accepted, a 25% fee will be charged to the order ~ All cookies will come individually heat sealed with a shelf life of 2 weeks. ~ Cookies should NOT be stored in the fridge as this can damage the icing. Cookies CAN be stored in the freezer, please reach out to me for freezing instructions. ~ In the event I am able to take a last minute order (less than 2 weeks - 14 days- from pickup date) a rush fee of 25% will be charged. ~ The date you put on this order form is the date the cookies will be ready. ~ Allergen warning: Products are made in a home kitchen and will contain eggs and wheat products. This is also not an allergy-free kitchen. Equipment may have come in contact with milk, nuts, and other allergens.
